Contractors submitting their enterprise agreements for re-assessment, including Fair Work Commission approved agreements, can do so through a streamlined submission process.

It is important that when contractors complete the submission form, they advise the ABCC that they have previously received advice against the Building Code 2016 for that agreement and quote the reference number they received.

It is also helpful if contractors provide further information regarding any changes they have made to the agreement since it was first assessed.

This allows the ABCC to quickly locate their agreement and conduct the reassessment.
