Injunctions are discretionary orders of courts requiring an individual or party to undertake, or stop undertaking, a specific activity. FWBC seeks interlocutory injunctions to speedily conclude unlawful action. Three injunctions were sought and successfully obtained in 2013-14.

The orders also prevented the CFMEU from threatening, abusing or harassing any person trying to enter or exit the Bald Hills Site.|
