Base salary figures as at 30 June 2013
Factors considered in determining salary ranges include labour market trends, the ability to attract and retain high calibre employees, experience and skills, productivity performance and pay levels in other APS agencies.
Broadbanding during the reporting period
In the current reporting period, four staff members progressed to Band 2.2 (APS 5), one progressed to Band 2.3 (APS 6) and one staff member to Band 3.2 (EL2).
Table 3.8 shows classification and salary ranges.
Table 3.9 shows the staff numbers within three Broadband groups at FWBC.
