During 2012-13, FWBC conducted the following advertising campaigns: Know Your Worth. Further information on this advertising campaign is available at www.knowyourworth.gov.au.

FWBC spent $90,106 (including GST) on advertising and market research greater than $12,100 including GST in 2012-13.

This is outlined in Table 3.7.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

FWBC’s information technology (IT) infrastructure, systems and services are provided by DEEWR on a fee for service basis through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between FWBC and DEEWR.

Infrastructure and systems provided to FWBC by DEEWR are:

  • desktop services

  • infrastructure services

  • applications development and maintenance

  • internet and intranet hosting services

  • VoIP telephony and video conference services.

FWBC’s IT unit provides advice and guidance to the Executive and staff to maximise the use of the technologies provided by DEEWR for business advantage.

FWBC launched its new website in November 2012.

FWBC also rolled out the Microsoft Office 2010 package to all systems by the end of 2012.
