The ABCC’s information technology (IT) infrastructure, systems and services were provided by DEEWR on a fee for service basis through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the ABCC and DEEWR.
Infrastructure and systems provided to the ABCC by DEEWR were:
- desktop services
- infrastructure services
- applications development and maintenance
- internet and intranet hosting services
- VoIP telephony and video conference services.
The ABCC’s IT unit provided advice and guidance to the Executive and staff to maximise the use of the technologies provided by DEEWR for business advantage.
