The Agency Multicultural Plan (AMP) outlines actions and targets to ensure our services are responsive to the needs of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) building industry participants.
The AMP includes a clear set of minimum obligations, governance and accountability arrangements, and a robust planning and implementation framework.
The AMP focuses on establishing relationships with key intermediaries, providing in-language information about our regulatory role to CALD communities, establishing channels for improved accessibility to CALD communities, and promoting people diversity and cultural awareness within our agency.
