The ABCC alleges Matt Hudson and the CFMEU engaged in unlawful industrial action on 13 March 2009 at the Rosso Apartment project in Carlton, Victoria.
The ABCC alleges Mr Hudson directed all workers at the site to attend a meeting and then gave them a direction to take strike action.
