On 1 August 2008, the ABC Commissioner John Lloyd released an update to Econtech’s keystone 2007 report on productivity in the Australian building and construction industry.

The Upholding the Law reports provide an overview of the environment in which the former Taskforce operated, and highlight in particular the continuation of unlawful and inappropriate behaviour in the industry. They provide the history that forms the foundations of the Office of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner.
