Senate Order on Government Agency Contracts
Pursuant to the Senate Order on agency contracts the following report sets out contracts entered into by the Office of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and which:
(a) have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2008 or
(b) have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2008.

ABCC Client Satisfaction Survey
In 2006 the ABCC consigned an independent management consulting firm, Atkinson-Consulting, to develop a survey and response database and then analyse the data collected. The ABCC has continued to conduct client surveys each financial year to ensure a high level of service to the building and construction industry is maintained.
