The ABCC employs a wide range of staff to fulfil roles in its Operations, Legal and Corporate groups.
Staff with backgrounds ranging from law enforcement to industrial relations work as Inspectors and Code Compliance Investigators in Operations. In the Legal group, specialists in various areas of the law manage the ABCC’s legal proceedings. The Corporate group comprises employees working in communications, human resources, finance, business services and information technology.

Members of the Field Operations Group will be required to undertake assessments, audits and investigations into breaches of the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (BCII Act), National Code, the Fair Work Act 2009 and other laws in the building and construction industry.
