PayCheck Plus
PayCheck Plus is the latest tool in the Fair Work Ombudsman’s suite of online applications. It enables industry participants to stay up-to-date and informed about employee entitlements and calculate minimum rates of pay, allowances, penalty rates and overtime.
PayCheck Plus also allows employers to check their payroll details for adult, junior and apprentice workers under modern awards including the Building and Construction On-Site Award 2011 and the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2010. It covers employers operating as constitutional corporations and their employees who were bound by pre-modern awards prior to 1 January 2010.
The tool was devised to make wage information easily accessible for national-system employers and employees and was developed and tested by peak industry stakeholders to ensure straightforward navigation and correct application of allowances.
If you are not covered by a modern award you can contact the ABCC for information about your correct entitlements on 1800 003 338.

What happens next?
Complaints received by the ABCC will be handled expeditiously. In most cases of underpayment of wages and entitlements we will endeavour to assist the parties to resolve wage and entitlement disputes voluntarily prior to initiating a full investigation. Our first priority is to recover underpayments.
