The ABCC has launched the new Freedom of Information (FOI) section of the ABCC website to meet the new requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
The changes to the FOI Act emphasise a commitment to transparency, including the publication of certain information under the “Information Publication Scheme.” The second major change is the creation of the FOI Disclosure Log, where information requested under FOI laws will be published on the ABCC website.
