Guidance notes are a means by which the ABCC publishes information on the interpretation of the laws it enforces or about its internal policies and procedures. The ABCC will publish Guidance notes from time to time on a range of subjects concerning the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (BCII Act). The general public are welcome to suggest subjects for future Guidance notes.
