Siemens Ltd applied for order under s.496 Workplace Relations Act 1996 to prevent further industrial action at the troubled Laverton Gas Plant project.
DP Ives made a final order that all three unions refrain from engaging in industrial action for a period of six weeks. This will allow commissioning of the plant to be completed.
