An application for an order pursuant to s.170MD(6) of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (pre-reform) to vary the Pacific Formwork (Aust) Pty Ltd/CFMEU-ACT Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2002-2005.
AIRC consented to the parties’ application to vary their existing Agreement to make it Code compliant.
The parties intend to enter into a new agreement in accord with a template agreement previously approved by DEWR as being Code compliant.
