The application for orders under s.127 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, regarding work on the Perth Mandurah Railway line, was filed with the AIRC on 1 August 2005. The application related to various incidents of industrial action that occurred over the period July 2004 to November 2005. LKJV sought an order, binding on the CFMEU and relevant employees, to 1 July 2007.

Senior Commissioner Gregor ordered industrial action on the Perth to Mandurah Railway project was to stop or not occur until 1 July 2007. The order applies to CFMEU, its officials, employees and agents and employees of Leighton Kumagai Joint Venture (LKJV) who are members of CFMEU
