The ABCC has alleged that the BLF, CFMEU, CFMEU Queensland branch and their officials contravened right of entry provisions contained in the Fair Work Act 2009, by hindering or obstructing persons on site at 123 Albert St, Brisbane, and otherwise acting in an improper manner.
