The ABCC alleges that Professional Gyprock Solutions and Lin Qiao failed to keep pay records, failed to provide pay slips to employees and kept false or misleading records.
On or around 4 May 2010, the ABCC served notices requiring PGS to produce documents for the period 1 June 2009 to 4 May 2010 in relation to the PAC site and the period 1 January 2010 to 4 May 2010 in relation to the Equus Site.
In response to a s59(5)(e) Notice pursuant to the BCII Act, PGS produced to the ABCC Inspector certain false and misleading employee records which PGS failed to ensure were not false or misleading.
On 19 August 2011 penalties of $16,000 were ordered against Professional Gyprock Solutions P/L and $3,000 against the Director Lin Qiao along with declarations for the various contraventions against both respondents.
