The ABCC alleges Linkhill Pty Ltd engaged in sham contracting, thereby contravening the Workplace Relations Act 2006 (WR Act) and subsequently the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act).
The ABCC also alleges that Linkhill failed to keep proper employment records, and owes a total of $131,360 in unpaid wages and entitlements to the workers.
