To assist building industry participants understand their rights and responsibilities, the ABCC has produced a Pocket Guide to Right of Entry. This brochure outlines the process that union officials must follow before they are allowed on work sites. It also outlines the obligations of site management if these procedures are met. Posters on right of entry which can be displayed on site are also available.
