Once contacted, we can:
- provide advice and assistance on workplace relations legislation
- arrange to give a presentation
- investigate concerns and possible contraventions and, if necessary, take legal action.
If your questions cannot be directly dealt with by the ABCC then we will refer you to the appropriate government agency.
