The ABCC will publish information that it holds (in addition to the information required to be published under s 8(2)), taking into account the objects of the FOI Act. In deciding which information to publish as optional information the ABCC will also have regard to the considerations listed in the ABCC agency plan including what information agency stakeholders seek or would like to have access to and whether publication would promote greater agency accountability, for example, by showing the basis of its decisions.
