In accordance with paragraph 11.1(ba) of the Legal Service Directions 2005, the ABCC is required to report annually on its legal services purchasing and make records of its legal services expenditure publicly available.
The ABCC has lodged its report for the 2009/10 financial year with the Office of Legal Services Coordination.
