Client satisfaction survey


In 2006 the ABCC consigned an independent management consulting firm, Atkinson-Consulting, to develop a survey and response database to measure client satisfaction, and analyse the data collected. The ABCC continues to conduct client surveys each financial year to ensure a high level of service to the building and construction industry is maintained.

2009-10 Survey Results

A total of 225 ABCC clients were interviewed in the 2009-10 financial year. The following findings represent the average level of agreement to statements about the service provided by the ABCC:
